The agent for centre Temi Fagbenle tells ESPN’s Alexa Philippou that his client has signed a one-year, $1 million deal with the expansion team.

Fagbenle, 32, spent last season with the Golden State Valkyries. She appeared in 39 games in 2025, averaging 7.4 points on .502 shooting, 4.9 boards and 1.6 assists over 23.7 minutes a night.

A native of Baltimore, Fagbenle was raised in London. She was originally taken with the 35th overall pick of the 2016 WNBA Draft out of USC by the Minnesota Lynx. After three seasons in the WNBA, she exclusively played in Europe for the next four years before returning with the Indiana Fever in 2024.

For her career, Fagbenle has appeared in 130 WNBA games over five seasons.

Internationally, Fagbenle played for Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics.
