Having failed to qualify for the finals in 2022, Colombia will be present this time around under the stewardship of Nestor Lorenzo who was a runner-up as a player with Argentina in 1990.

Captained by James Rodriguez, the 34-year-old lit up the 2014 World Cup where he was top scorer with 6 goals as La Tricolor reached the quarter-final for the first and only time in their history.

Will be pinning a lot of their hopes on Luis Diaz who was their top scorer in qualifying with seven goals.
