Simulation racing has exploded onto the scene and it’s here to stay. Whether you have a full-fledged racing rig or you’re playing on a controller, the realism and accuracy of racing sims have led to the rise of a competitive scene. The competitive landscape has seen a lot of professional drivers, but just because you haven’t actually driven in one of these cars, it doesn’t mean you can’t compete.

Red Bull Ring Masters is a new event that is open to all Canadians. If you think you’re an iRacing star then this tournament might be for you. The qualification of Red Bull Ring Masters will take place over three weeks. Each week will feature a different track, with the 8 fastest racers moving on to the knockout round. The qualification won’t be against any opponents, it’s purely a time trial.

The knockout round will then have the 24 qualifiers will compete in a series of races, with the top 8 moving on to the finals that will be broadcast live from Toronto.
As for the prize, all finalists will get $5000 to spend on upgrading their racing rig, as well as lesson’s from one of the best Racing esports drivers out there, Sebastian Job.
